Really rude when answering simple questions. They didn't take the time to listen or even look into my issue with my card... Just made a couple rude comments while roling eyes to their coworkers. They should take customer service classes. The West Concord branch is night and day compared. They were helpful and took the time not brushing me off.
Great Bank! Been with them forever and they are very accommodating. Wonderful staff who are very helpful.
Worse bank location ever Just to get inside they ask you for ID You go in and they ask for even more, they want ID plus your social just to make a business deposit Everywhere I go you only need to show ID to withdrawal money Save your time and go somewhere else Also employees are rude and unprofessional
