I have had business and personal accounts here for years and I am so impressed with the high level of customer service. The bank called me once to prevent an overdraft on an account I had accidentally left too low, saving me a headache and some costly fees. Who does that nowadays? Well, this bank does.
Really rude when answering simple questions. They didn't take the time to listen or even look into my issue with my card... Just made a couple rude comments while roling eyes to their coworkers. They should take customer service classes. The West Concord branch is night and day compared. They were helpful and took the time not brushing me off.
Great Bank! Been with them forever and they are very accommodating. Wonderful staff who are very helpful.
