Lovely restored historic home available for rent for public events from the Middlesex Community College. We just attended a high school graduation party for 50+ guests and the property was just perfect. It's a restored 1850s farmhouse with several parlor rooms, dining areas, and upstairs conference room and bedrooms. Large outside porches mean the guests can mingle outdoors in good weather. And the location is convenient to Route 3, just a short ways up from 128. The professional staff were friendly and courteous.
