The cab driver / dispatcher who picked up the phone was unnecessarily and EXTREMELY rude. I asked a small question, he made a snarky remark, and hung up the phone in my ear. I found another cab company two minutes later and had an entirely different experience. I paid a higher fare to ride with them and had no problem doing so because at least their staff was professional. Beyond disappointing. 10/10 would not recommend.

Marv and his wife Julie (co-pilot) were both great- warm and friendly! Used their service twice in one trip to VT- they arrived early and made the rides full of enjoyable conversations. Thank you!!

Marv and his wife Julie are fantastic people - made my rides to and from the Burlington airport an absolute delight. Felt like being picked up by family! And they were always early and waiting for me to arrive. A seamless and incredibly kind operation. Could not recommend it enough!

My husband and I have used Middlebury Taxi repeatedly traveling between Middlebury and BTV and Marv has been reliable, generous and kind in accommodating our needs.Highly recommend.
