The best in the industry! They are super personable and always prompt, and just great people.
I can't write a good enough review for Marv and Julie!! They literally rescued me from a horrible situation and even though I had never met them before, I felt like I had known them for years. They are amazing people with such hearts of gold and they even carried my extremely heavy bags and suitcases all the way to my hotel room because I have a bad back! What Uber driver would do that?! This lovely taxi driving couple got me out of a pinch. Got me from Middlebury to Burlington safe and sound, great storytelling and a comfy ride. Can’t recommend calling them enough, 5/5
The cab driver / dispatcher who picked up the phone was unnecessarily and EXTREMELY rude. I asked a small question, he made a snarky remark, and hung up the phone in my ear. I found another cab company two minutes later and had an entirely different experience. I paid a higher fare to ride with them and had no problem doing so because at least their staff was professional. Beyond disappointing. 10/10 would not recommend.
