Do not work for this facility or any of their other facilities. They will not pay you correctly and when they do mess up your pay, they will not fix the problem
my experience was very short lived working at this facility for 2 weeks. the facility its self and the people to care for are very nice. and the labor for the job is not bad at all. As far as management goes, there was no orientation, it lasted about 30 mins and i was trained for 3 of those days before being completely on my own. the Nurses meetings consist of getting yelled at for and hour and there is no communication. i was recently wrongfully terminated without any warning.
