After 16 years as a customer and 7 years a business customer, I am disappointed with the merger with Access. Access seems to have identified the things that made Middleburg a wonderful bank and eliminated them. The extra hold on my check, the shorter hours, the crappy mortgages service I was transferred to, less people in the branches... I don't see how they can keep my business like that. Access Bank, Middleburg was better than you. Don't screw it up.

Great Bank We love the level of customer service that this bank provides. They have all the amenities offered at other banks, but with the personalized hometown bank feeling. The newest branch off of Ft Evans road (in front of Circuit City) is very nice and convenient too.
