After 16 years as a customer and 7 years a business customer, I am disappointed with the merger with Access. Access seems to have identified the things that made Middleburg a wonderful bank and eliminated them. The extra hold on my check, the shorter hours, the crappy mortgages service I was transferred to, less people in the branches... I don't see how they can keep my business like that. Access Bank, Middleburg was better than you. Don't screw it up.
