I was placed here and completed all of requirements like becoming a Monroe county resident dealt with things that were not my issues and then placed on the streets due to funding and which I had received assistance to move and wasn't and still haven't been my son was enrolled in school in which I had to go back to where we ran from and there are no shelters in Indianapolis which they gave shelter listings for other dv shelters which were not available and everything we owned up til this point is still in Bloomington per H4H ... read more
They pick and choose who is favorite and they place is dirty especially the kitchen.
I was here they show favoritism they be jealous, of pretty women, they let people do whatever they want they discriminate, very combative and problematic, you can’t be yourself they allow domestic there towards other females verbal and physical.
I have heard "rumors" of negativity... And yet have never been shown any negativity by staff. Very understanding and helpful. They do not offer counseling bc they are not counselors however it is REQUIRED in the program to go to it. And honestly who couldn't use someone to talk to? Negative minds will always create negative circumstances.. Chores 😆😆 We ARE NOT MAIDS. We do ONE chore a day in COMMON AREAS. yes u may have to put away a dish someone else used but it's ONE CHORE. I am happy to support this organization. My niece worked there several years ago, after first receiving help from them, and had nothing but positive things to say.
