I needed a new innertube for my bike as well as a seat adjustment, handlebar adjustment and a look over of my brake cables. I was in and out in about 25 mins, the customer service was over and above and the cost, at around $45 was a super bargain. This was my first time in here but I am making it my go to bike shop even though it is farther away than other options from home.
They got me the part I needed at a great price very fast, and they were nice!
I can't believe I lived with a shortened rear derailleur cable for an entire year before coming in to see Nira and staff. A different store had "tried everything" to fix it without actually fixing it/replacing housing. Minimal cost to fix, fast turnaround (came in during a rare lull that didn't last long), and my bike turns left so easily now! And the cables sit exactly where they should in all the correct ports. This bike shop is at another level. Every time I walk in the door, I’m immediately greeted with a hello and a smile. The environment is welcoming, the store seems to always be busy, the service is top notch, and all the associates seem to know their stuff. Thanks for serving the Louisville cycling community!!!
