I recently visited this bank to open a new account specifically to use Zelle. I was told I would have to wait up to a month before being able to use the feature due to internal security concerns. That was surprising and not clearly explained. Since Zelle access was a primary reason for opening the account, I chose not to move forward. Based on that experience, I would not recommend this bank if you need immediate transfer capabilities.

Always have to go into the bank to be able to sign in to my account really annoying.
I walked in with three government checks totaling $2,800 and $200 cash. The bank manager gave no explanation nor options for issue resolution. Just said " because of irresponsible behavior 2 years ago we won't honor your money or open an account". Very rude and, obviously, No communication skills. Nothing positive to say about this institution.
