Left a voicemail on behalf of a expired check from the same branch, different state, asking for a call back with guidance to resolve this issue. I did receive a call back and she went beyond to get the answers I needed. She had the representative I needed give me a call but before i received that call, she called me back to inform me on the steps she took and what direction I needed to go in, providing me the telephone #. Be carefull when using this place.The interest rate looks good but they won't come straight out and tell you something if they don't think you will be happy with the answer.Marcel will act stupid and say he doesn't know and the manager will get back to you over the phone or email which of course won't happen.He only opens accounts,he would not know when they go dormant.He also doesn't know that you MUST have a trust if you have an entity as a benificiary which would eat up any extra interest,that also must be referred to the... read more
