I’m frankly disappointed. I was parked in this bank’s parking lot and was going to open up an account. I was finishing up a work phone call. After only 15 minutes in their parking lot an employee came out to tell me I’m not allowed to park there. She was incredibly rude, taking down my license plate and handing me a written note, treating a potential customer like a criminal!
Love Midcountry Bank. Love the staff. I have been with them for about 6 years now and the indiviual that work there are great
Bad customer service horrible people uncompasition people putting chinnese people on there to yuck
I love this bank! I have used many banks over the years and hands down this is the best! They are always willing to help with anything, they know me by name when I come in or use the drive thru. They are always pleasent and accommodating. Would recommend this bank to anyone.
