I recently applied for a Home Equity Loan and I was impressed with the process, which was so easy and efficient. Amanda Bosits immediately answered any questions I had and provided easy to understand instructions. I am a consultant and spend a great deal of my time streamlining processes so they are a value add to Customers. Midcoast FCU process needs no improvement.
Very friendly and professional team! They made opening accounts for my children very easy with no confusing words or back talk like most banks. Will continue banking with this location for as long as I can.
The lack of customer support on weekends has led me to leave MCFCU. The branches are great, but the complete lack of service on weekends, is unacceptable. This is Is the year 2025, we have a global economy, we conduct business 24 hours a day several days a week. People need a bank that is available when it is convenient for them, not yourselves.
Always such friendly staff! They are so helpful when I have questions and are always so nice. I'm glad to be banking with midcoast FCU.
