Complete morons.
Perhaps the worst customer service I have ever seen. First of all, 25 minutes on hold to reach an individual with the intellect of mucus. She knew absolutely nothing. I asked for a manager. There was a 17 minute wait to be told he was on the phone. Now we are up to 42 minutes. I was unable to hold any longer as I work for a living, unlike those at Midcoast Federal. Terrible experience with Katie Ferland buying our home. We wanted to keep our money in Maine with a Credit Union and I can’t express enough how much we regret this decision. We felt unheard, overlooked, and unvalued as customers though almost every step of the process.
