I have banked with Midcoast Federal Credit Union for over 12 years. They have always been professional, kind and very helpful. These things combined with a being more generous with costs associated with banking, make them the best option.
Saturday PM 9/27/25 Middle St. ATM out of order. Things happen, but members shouldn't incur any fees for having to use a different ATM to access their money. Do better!

My service was outstanding, I've been a customer for over 20 years and no matter the issue they handle it better then you would expect. I wish I had the names of the employees but they are always outstanding.
June 3 and June 9 had money taken from my account via my Debit card. The Teller was ELEJAH, I want to tell you that he was SO Kind and Helpful straightening out that awful mess. His attitude was excellent and he made me feel that I wasn't annoying him, rare for such a young man. The Supervisor on duty both days was wonderful as well, unfortunately, I didn't get her name.
