The manager so rude , I haven’t done anything wrong but she just not in the mood to open a business account for me . She said them schedule is full for today. I spent an hour and 45 minutes outside. No one shows up to open an account people who shows up they went inside I can see them for a few minutes and they leave. It’s not for people who have accents.
12/15/25 I so enjoy the folks at Midcoast. What I do not enjoy was watching a grown woman with a toddler in tow, swearing at the tellers because they were asking for confirmation about her identity. HELLO Karen, it’s the holidays and the best time for scams. No, they don’t “know you” by sight because they weren’t born when you opened your account. So, great way to show your toddler how to treat people as you swear your way out the door to your suburban. Great job MFCU for not saying anything other than how can I help you.
I have banked with Midcoast Federal Credit Union for over 12 years. They have always been professional, kind and very helpful. These things combined with a being more generous with costs associated with banking, make them the best option.
