Quality of the shoes is good
Customer service was rude over the phone
Absolutely disgusted at the service from Midas - i emailed customer service Regarding leather boots where the back section had significantly darkened. Was told to take them to the store for a fault assessment. It took me 3 follow up calls to the store and 1 to customers service to be finally told there was ‘nothing wrong with the boots’ I will NEVER purchase Midas brand again
