The middle aged blonde woman working in this store is just rude! I bought a lovely pair of shoes from her in this store a week ago. I tried on two sizes and immediately on the spot bought the pair that fit. Yesterday I went in to try the same type in a different colour. They were a bit tight so I was unsure of them. While holding the shoes I told her I’d give them some thought. Service was amazing. Lovely helpful and polite. Would definitely return. Shoes are beautiful quality. Shop very clean and tidy.

These shoes cost me $180 and wore them once. They have extremely thin soles and give really bad blisters. Do not bother spending your money. I asked for a refund and was refused.
The middle age woman in the Grand Central Store was so Rude! She spoke to me like she was above me, when I left I turn to go back in and she was obviously speaking with a friend and was much friendlier with her. I will never go back to the Toowoomba store.
