Terrible experience returning shoes on Thursday, 30 July. The staff member who assisted me was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. A simple return was made unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant. Very disappointing customer service. I won’t be shopping here again.
Was really disappointed by an atrocious customer service. The older lady was really cranky and abrupt. For the price of foot ware, she should really undertake some customer service course. Reminded me of a Pretty Woman moment...Big mistake. Big. Huge :)

I purchased a pair of black ankle boots with the guidance of Giovanna. She was extremely patient and overall lovely. Definitely the best and friendliest customer service I have ever experienced!
