Was really disappointed by an atrocious customer service. The older lady was really cranky and abrupt. For the price of foot ware, she should really undertake some customer service course. Reminded me of a Pretty Woman moment...Big mistake. Big. Huge :)

I purchased a pair of black ankle boots with the guidance of Giovanna. She was extremely patient and overall lovely. Definitely the best and friendliest customer service I have ever experienced!
I don’t usually write reviews like this, however today was my third time visiting the store with the same cold customer service from the older, dark haired lady at the counter. I am a devoted Midas purchaser and was disappointed in the reluctant and unfriendly service. Her manner was deeply insulting and condescending, and she practically ignored me when I walked in.
