Just went in and was asked to leave as they “don’t serve people like me”. Perhaps sir would prefer sneakers or barefoot. I have lived here 22 years and will never set foot in David Jones again.
I bought a shoes from this company,the quality was not good after 2 months the shoes were broken and I wanted to return it I left it on the counter they told me they will call me after 2-3 days but I haven’t had any calls from them after 6 days today I came here but they told me you have to wait because their manager hasn’t been able to answer your purchase. I’m really upset about this situation…..
Poor customer service! Make Asian service attendant doesn’t acknowledge customers and walks off to serve someone else while I’m standing there waiting for him. Came in on a day off try try a pair of shoes I saw online. Won’t be back!!
Bought a shoe and wear it around for 15 minutes only to find out the straps are poorly designed, won’t hold me feet so that most of it were touching the ground. Very vulnerable, terrible design and worst quality. Refuse a refund so I wasted $160. Terrible service as well
