Extremely unhelpful staff at shoe department of David Jones, Highpoint. My go-to place is Myer. I bought a pair of Midas shoes from David Jones just for a change and the pair was too tight for my usual size. I wanted to return them just after 2 days and I had the paper receipt as well. They don’t put the exact location in shopping centre nor pick up the phone. I called 6 times tried to find out where they are but they just don’t pick up the phone.
