Extremely disappointed. I bought a pair of boots last summer, wore them only twice this winter, and on the second day the entire under-layer came off — right in the middle of my workday. It was embarrassing and unacceptable for a so-called “quality” brand. I contacted their website, and they just redirected me to the shop.
