I was very happy with this Midas and Boris, the excellent service manager. I was surprised to see it abruptly closed with no explanation. :Leaves Marin County with no Midas franchise. Pity-was outstanding.
I was told that I was going to get OEM parts for my Mercedes and I was charged accordingly. Turns out that Midas used after-market parts. Midas refuses to make good once the Bureau of Automotive Repair got involved. They offered to look at my squeaky brakes only and there is no way that Midas will ever touch my car again. I guess I need to go to small claims court. Stay away from these scammers!
