Fantastic service from start to finish. From the lovely lady on the phone booking our yearly chimney sweep and service, to I think his name was Mike we will definitely be using them again. Mike was very professional and gave us lots of information on getting best results from our burner and back boiler, Over all very impressed and would highly recommend.

Unfortunately never got back to me on three different occasions when I asked about a quote for a log burner to be installed. They apologised each time but still never got a call, message or email.

I'm over the moon with Mid Wales Stoves crew. I always wanted a fireplace/log burner, it was a dream of mine since I was a child. Finally, I bought a house with a log burner, seller swore the burner works just fine, but once I moved in - I've noticed something is off, but wasn't sure.
