I’ve been going to Mid-Valley health centre for about five years, they are by far the best physiotherapy I’ve ever been treated by. They are the first clinic to help me permanently get my back pain under control, they provided and are still treating my shoulder both pre and post surgery. I’ve tried many clinics all over the country and nothing compares to the professionalism, expertise, and results I’ve received here. Highly recommend to anyone looking quality physio therapy and long term improvement.
After breaking my leg, I experienced significant muscle loss with recovering from surgery & it felt like I was re-learning how to walk. Meanwhile raising a baby & having to walk 2 flights of stairs to enter my home, which made things more interesting. I was referred to physiotherapy for what my surgeon said to be “extensive rehab”.
