Absolutely extraordinary staff. Friendly, professional and very effective. I've had physio and massage services and I always leave feeling much better than when I got there. Thank you specifically to Emily Kirby for her kick-ass massages
Nothing but positive experiences at the Center. All the staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Connor Reid has helped me recover from numerous injuries and I have recommended him to many of my friends.
The team at Mid-Valley Health did an awesome job helping me rehab multiple complex chronic health conditions! Everyone is incredibly warm, understanding and kind. They will always be my first call for any health concerns in the future for sure!
Staff are super friendly and helpful. The physiotherapist I was seeing is approachable, listens and caring. Really nice to have this option close to home.
