Old office staff (when Roxanne worked for the company) was far superior to the staff that is in office now. Called twice today to make payment. First call, someone answered and said "Please wait" then put me on hold before I could say anything - I hung up after 5 minutes as I was on break at work and did not have a long time to wait. Called back an hour later to make payment, was put on hold again after a brief conversation, promised a call back in 10 minutes. It has been over 20 and no one has called yet. Very poor customer service!!! Every time the representative said she would call me back, and never would call back. Very unprofessional!!!
Very friendly staff. Jennifer was kind and helpful when I initially called and continued to be when I went to the store. The loan process was quick and they were able to help get me the money I needed. I very highly recommend!!
