Midstep has a sign on bonus because they have such a huge employee turnover rate. They also us point system they use for attendance that is incredibly ridiculous beings it's just not used for attendance. If your even 1 minute late you get .25 points. On top of that if you forget to clock in its .75 points. If your time card isn't working you still get points. Doesn't matter if you show up to work everyday that your scheduled.
