Mid State Furniture sales personnel were very helpful in assisting us with the purchase of two oudoor rockers. Additionally the delivery personnel were very courteous and placed the rockers exactly where we wanted them.
This was our very first visit to Mid-State Furniture and Mattress. I have never had such a positive experience in a furniture store before Mid-State in Carthage, NC. I had to have my 2 sofas custom made because I chose a different color than the floor model. It was going to take 6-8 weeks to make them. Mid-State offered me a temporary sofa so that I would have something to sit on after moving into my new house! Now that’s what I call putting the Customer 1st, and going the extra mile. WONDERFUL people!!!
Everyone at Mid-State is so kind and helpful. It’s a real pleasure doing business with such a great company. We would especially like to thank Dado and Keith for everything they’ve done for us!
There are so many wonderful things we can say about this company, it's hard to know where to begin. We wanted to shop local. It was important to us to see & feel the quality of the furniture we would be purchasing. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a warm welcome. We mostly worked with Ramiro and he was amazing! They carry a wide range of name brands, styles, textures and accent pieces. Kris was also instrumental in our process. The delivery team was professional, respectful of our home and courteous. BUY ... read more
