Guys a hobbiest. Not a true accountant. He likes to copy paste previous year's with zero questions if things change. He won't work directly with you and sit down and chat with you like a true customer to get you the best possible return you can get, even over the phone. He's on retirement time and thinks the customer is the issue if he gives a sub par experience.
