I recently visited Mid-South Community Bank to help my 80-year-old dad set up an account, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The bank manager, Cameron Bell, assisted us, and he was absolutely wonderful—professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. He made the whole process simple and stress-free. This is the worst place to do business with. You can never get someone on the phone to get an answer. I would never... ever.... ever.. do business with them! Jo Anna was extremely rude and could use anger management training. She would rather take 5 minutes to argue instead of take 5 seconds just to give the answer.
