The most unorganized and negligent court there is in Salem County. Paid fees and they say they never were paid, which got me bench warrants and suspensions and during covid never got anything from them and now I’m paying thousands for a lawyer and my life is on the line from a traffic ticket!!!!!
I was mailed a careless driving ticket because I was involved in a car accident. Went to court was told the ticket would be dismissed but couldn't until they notified the other driver, ok no problem now I have to return to court. Ok returned to court the other driver didn't come to court but wanted to proceed with the matter. Hold up first of all I'm the one with the ticket and I'm pleading not guilty. Trial it will be.
