I've had nothing but excellent experiences with this financial center. I started working with the Manager, Michele, when navigating what accounts to open for a new business. She has been WONDERFUL to work with. She explains everything in detail, is always responsive to my questions, and is a genuinely great person. In my experience the branch staff here are friendly, helpful and easy to work with.
Called ahead and asked about cashing a check was told it would be no problem. Drove over an hour to get there to find out the funds wouldn't be available for 2 weeks. Thanks for wasting my time.
Went to cash one of their bank customers checks and had problems
I used their ATM to withdraw cash. I only needed a ten dollar bill however their machine limits you to increments of $20. Ok, not a big deal…I’ll just go inside and have them break the 20 into 2 tens. Upon entering the bank and asking them to change the 20, I was told if I don’t have an account, they cant help me! Pathetic! I know it’s not the tellers fault but this is probably one of the reasons you don’t see many of these banks around here.
