Long time customer of Mid Penn Bank (mainly Orwigsburg!) here, and the staff with whom I have had the pleasure interacting are excellent. Deb is experienced, courteous, and always helpful. I'd like to also emphasize what an asset Beth Cataldo is. She is the consummate professional: knowledgeable, responsive, and personable. Her expert assistance has helped me navigate quite a few very important financial decisions and transactions!
I have been banking at the Orwigsburg branch for several years. Between business, non-profit and personal accounts, I visit regularly. The tellers are always friendly, professional and go out of their way to accommodate you. Despite its larger network of banks, it still has that welcoming small town bank feeling.
I love my Bank! I use them personally, for our business, and sports booster programs. There has not been a thing that they have not been able to help me out with. Any questions I ever have are always answered directly from them. I enjoy every time I walk in there. I have grown to know them all so well, they have the most polite and friendly staff.
