When it was William Penn i was able to get a customer service person on the phone. Now with Mid Penn, they hung up on me 4 times and wasted 2 hours of my time and STILL no customer service rep. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
