I really don't know how you rate a bank. All I can say is that the people that work at Mid Penn in broadcasting and in Sinking Spring are extremely nice and helpful. What more can you ask for.
If I could put o stars I would this place is not welcoming the people are not friendly they yell at customers they make lot money mistakes and they are racist they like to make people of color weight it’s very disgusting how they treat people here I would tell people to go anywhere else to not come here
Not open many hours. No evening hours so difficult to make cash deposits. Can’t deposit cash instantly either as their atm is antique requires envelope for deposits into ATM and funds are not credited until next day after 12:00 noon. Tellers are courteous and personnel is friendly but difficult to deposit funds. Even my Square charge credits do not get deposited.
