Everyone here is super friendly and kind. I've needed help with things a few times just in the past few months and they're always willing to help and get everything done quickly! We switched our business account to this bank and started an account for our almost 18 year old. We will be switching our personal checking here also. They're local, always friendly, and I'm very pleased with the hours!

Firstly the employees here are very nice and friendly. The reason for 1 star is because a person can literally sit in the drive for 3-5 minutes easily just to do a simple deposit. It's not an exaggeration. It's fact. And it's not like there's a window and then the tube line .. no it's literally ONLY the tube line...so if youre a fan of doing your banking quickly..well... Frankly, I’ve been banking here locally because it’s the only bank around in Tower city for several years while I was working and direct depositing and I have to say I would give this bank a zero star if it was possible at least this branch managed under a lady by the name of “Molly” who is extremely rude, biased, unhelpful, and lacks basic human empathy.
