I've had it. Do not bank with mid penn. Period. Inconvenient hrs, complicated online banking, super lousy customer service. I arrived today a few minutes before closing time and they treated me like a convict. The guy didn't even listen as I tried to explain what I needed. Just said "I don't understand, we're closed, have a good weekend." Guess next time I need to take some crayons and paper to make him understand.
My experience with MidPenn has been great! Well run, great service! Highly recommend!
Not a bad bank if you don't mind dealing with extreme inconvenience. I couldn't even deposit cash over the weekend in the bank ATM. They have terrible hours and no one on the phone can do anything to help you actually make transactions.
Mobile app never works always has technical difficulties 🙄
