Frank is genuine and honest and most importantly a total cycling snob, but in a good way! He went out of his way to help us while looking for a bike making sure it fit our needs, and has also has great rentals plus maintenance...he pretty much does it all actually

Fantastic family-run bike shop. Frank and Jerry were incredible in helping us for our ride up Mauna Kea. Didn’t have many supplies, so we rented a bike, helmet, pump, tube, tire levers, lights - everything. Their knowledge was critical to a successful trip. Thank you Frank and Jerry!
Mid Pacific Wheels! Talk about the "mecca" of the ultimate in bike riding, how to, support, repairs etc and the ultimate in customer service! These guys go "way back" and to me, if your from the old school, you just know how to "please" and "satisfy" a customer!! Again, I praise hard but I also critique hard when needed! These guys deserve not 5 stars but 10 stars! Enough said, go check them out and I guarantee you'll say "that contributor was all correct! Aloha;🤟🤟🤟
