Me and my Grandmother missed the trash gentleman today due to them rescheduling drivers and redoing routes. When I called and asked them if I could have three trash cans next week instead of two since I missed them this week and last week. The dispatcher called the trash gentleman and I no sooner got off the phone with her and he was right there waiting. He came all the way back out to my house!
