I paid for a modular home on March 20th . We bought it off the lot thinking that would save some time. It wasn't delivered until June 17th, then it took another two weeks before they came to put it together, and the steps and skirting didn't arrive until the end of July. Here it is Oct. 3rd and there are still repairs that need done from when they set it up. Also, we still haven't got the tilte.

I love our home. But I wish they would be a little more strict on who they let live here. And just because we live in a trailer park doesn't mean we have to look like white trash...
