It doesn’t matter which branch I visit, I am always welcomed with a smile. All the staff is welcoming and eager to assist. Specifically, I’ve worked with Jason Whitesell for a few years now and he is one of the kindest, hardest working, and dedicated banker that I know. If I have any questions or if an issue arises he is prompted to follow up and find solutions.
Thanks MidMo Willard. I had the opportunity to work with both Andi and Emma this afternoon as they helped me with different needs. I’m thankful for their help and kind service. Emma was great while opening and transferring new and existing accounts. She made the visit quite enjoyable. And I love the coffee and snack bar; very nice lobby and office space. Glad to do business there.
Mid-Mo bank and Jason Whitesell and his team (Aly and Kendall) have been just fantastic to work with for the past several years. Any time I need anything they are responsive and enthusiastic! I love being able to just call the bank and a real person answers without having to punch buttons or wait for 20 minutes just to solve an issue. I highly recommend the Willard MO branch to anyone looking for a new banking home!
The staff at Mid-Mo Willard are all so helpful, but Sara White in particular goes above and beyond with her customer service!
