Amber always greets me with a smile. Goes over and beyond to provide great service. I enjoy seeing them all at the drive up.
Just got off phone....and they bad mouthed me for calling and checking my balance clerk was named mckensie literally got snarky on how many times i check my balance a week p.s forgot to hang up there clerks..ill be going to another bank once paycheck is deposited since its a hassle for them to pick up the phone for someone who just wants to know there balance.
I forgot the name of the man that helped me but he was super nice and willing to help us out! We were having some trouble and he made it super stress free and easy to deal with. I will be hoping to get his help the next time we ever need anything from Mid MO bank!
