I've always received great service at Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union, and today was no exception. Their phone support is exemplary as well. Hannah at the Member Resource Center was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. I truly appreciated her professionalism and dedication.
Don't ever bank here! Paid a payment and it didn't work on their end, showed the payment confirmation email and would not reverse my fee. Terrible customer service!
I would never recommend banking here or using them for any loan. Their processes are archaic requiring physical checks for everything and their attention to detail is horrific. We have wasted hours and days trying to purchase a new car due to errors on Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Unions end. They are TERRIBLE. Go elsewhere.
Not a good bank to be with.
