I appreciate having this bank nearby as a shared branch for my credit union back home but I DO NOT appreciate the woman at the front stand with glasses and short white hair announcing so loudly what my account balance is. Since when is it even necessary to say the dollar amount? My Fiance has only had issue after issue with this bank, and our final straw is the daily overdraft fees after they took 4 whole days to process a payment that was scheduled multiple days in advance. That has put us into an extremely bad financial spot and we will never be using this bank again.
Kena was very helpful earlier this afternoon 9/23 about 3:30/45 pm or so. Even though there was some lady speaking very loudly and obnoxiously next to us to the teller next to her. I couldn't tell if she was a regular customer or a person who works at the bank or of another location, but even moreso then should she be trained on self awareness and how loud and rude she comes off. She was so unpleasant and spoke so loudly Kena and I had to strain to hear one another. I hope management sees this and they can address this woman... read more
