Steve has changed my life! I went for anxiety and I came away from his sessions as an entirely different human. I cannot thank him enough for the gift of actually living again! I have been completely transformed. I am happier, more confident, and looking at life through an entirely new lens.
Steve is talented and professional. He worked with my daughter in hopes that it would reduce her misophonia response. Unfortunately, it did not help with that but it gave her an amazing coping skill, increased confidence in herself, and improved sleep.
