Steve is talented and professional. He worked with my daughter in hopes that it would reduce her misophonia response. Unfortunately, it did not help with that but it gave her an amazing coping skill, increased confidence in herself, and improved sleep. It is obvious that he really cares about helping people and I would confidently recommend him to anyone considering hypnotherapy.

Steve is AMAZING! This was my first time doing hypnosis and it has been life changing. Anxiety is gone! If you are thinking about trying it - DO IT. You will be glad you did!

I went to mid Michigan hypnosis because I would grind my teeth while sleeping (a form of anxiety/stress) to the point of my jaw hurting. Over a year later, I haven't gone back to the habit! Steve was very professional. I would highly recommend mid Michigan hypnosis!!

Not only have I delt with test anxiety over the past several years, (which has gotten progressively worse), but anxiety in general, my entire adult life. I am happy to report, I no longer have test anxiety and the day-to-day stuff generally rolls right off as well. Although the anxiety was the reason I came, I have been able to apply these tools to every part of my life! Coming here was a fantastic decision. Staff is professional, polite and so helpful.
