5 star installation 10/24 5 star communication through the decision process and install. 5 star first maintenance visit. Karl reviewed operation with me step by step. Checked propane tanks, indoor transfer switch and ran a full operational test . I appreciate Mid Maine Generator’s professionalism. A great decision and “peace” of mind investment.

We have two generators that have been taken care by the electricians who installed them for years. They have become so busy that they dropped generator maintenance but referred us to Mid Maine. So far our experience has been great. They communicate schedule changes and their technician who came out to perform annual service was courteous, knowledgeable, and accessible. While we have yet to experience their response to an emergency call so far we have no complaints.
