Easy to deal with, very pleasant and thorough, reasonably priced.
After having solar installed at my off grid home, my Kohler generator was having all kinds of issues. The solar company could not figure anything out. One phone call to Mid Maine Was all it took to figure out the problem. The woman who answered the phone was super kind and passed me on to Zack who I assume is a technician there. He took his time, talked through all the issues with me and gave me some great tips about service that I had previously not known. They came and installed our generator in just under a half day. They were knowledgeable and nice. They went through the generator with me when it was a hooked up. Would recommend mid Maine generator to anyone looking for a generator
Have had one for years and so far been get. I would never go back to getting gas or ging without power. Just so thankfully I was able to aford it. We just had one put in at another family place and was really happy with the fast service as he has medical issue an makes you feel better to know they don't have to worry about not having heat or food.
