June 6 at 1:05 PM I came from Rhinebeck to bring my mother to cash her checks cause she was in the hospital for multiple days having a neck surgery and I took a 27 minute trip and when I got here, the woman said no public bathrooms which we use the bank as well as have bank accounts here so I can’t use the bathroom after having a 25 minute drive and I’m already in use of this bank. It’s completely unprofessional and if I bank here there’s no reason for me not to have access to a bathroom in a building that’s is being ran. Sh... read more
