One of the two ATMS is always broken. Wire transfers take two 30-minute phone calls spanning two days to complete. Not once, but TWICE, while pulling out cash inside this bank, the teller asked me what i was going to do with "all that money" very loudly while someone was behind me in line. Super unprofessional.
Amanda Arbiter Is so helpful. She helped me with a loan. She notified me every step of the way, was very patient, and communicated everything! I recommend her for anything she is so professional and keeps you updated about everything. Very nice, polite and professional. Thank you so much!
June 6 at 1:05 PM I came from Rhinebeck to bring my mother to cash her checks cause she was in the hospital for multiple days having a neck surgery and I took a 27 minute trip and when I got here, the woman said no public bathrooms which we use the bank as well as have bank accounts here so I can’t use the bathroom after having a 25 minute drive and I’m already in use of this bank. It’s completely unprofessional and if I bank here there’s no reason for me not to have access to a bathroom in a building that’s is being ran. Sh... read more
