I accompanied someone to the MHV bank in Kingston, NY yesterday who needed help on their portal. The person (blond lady) on the info. desk was a real disappointment. She seemed uninterested and bored with the problem at hand. Luckily, a sweet, knowledgeable lady names THERESA was returning to the second spot on the reception desk. They lie about changing the account number, they said they changed it about 3 years ago, and other person that work said they changed it about 5 years ago. They don't even tell you or send you a letter about it. The weirdest thing is my taxes return when in the account. Which that was 3 weeks ago. My boyfriend taxes return when to the bank , on the 15 th of this month. They send it back to federal, and the state taxes back. Their said it was at account number was wrong. They are not right liars. Which O can not trust this ba... read more
