I accompanied someone to the MHV bank in Kingston, NY yesterday who needed help on their portal. The person (blond lady) on the info. desk was a real disappointment. She seemed uninterested and bored with the problem at hand. Luckily, a sweet, knowledgeable lady names THERESA was returning to the second spot on the reception desk.
