If i could rate a zero i would.. i was told my driver would arrive by 1:45 to 2:15 my appt was 245 guess what.. the business gave the driver a address far from the one they were given.. bsiness excuse was phone auto corrected
Mr Phil Hall is a thief, he agreed to transport my 80yr old dad to and from Dialysis. He took his money and didn’t show up or called. Blamed his drives and didn’t pay them. This business is a fraud and I wouldn’t trust him with your family member. I will be filing a police report against him. I tried to contact him and he didn’t even have the decency to return my calls. He told his employee that he doesn’t care that he didn’t do the job.
