I needed a Hobart mixer last minute and Mike was able to provide. He was very transparent during our transaction sending photos and videos of the mixer. When it comes to shipping the mixer he was very deliberate and precise wrapping and securing it on the pallet and as promised came and delivered. Overall Mike is very trustworthy, transparent and communicates well and even followed up on how the mixer was after receiving and during operation. Definitely will be doing business with him moving forward!
Bought a deep fryer from here. Item was in great shape and exactly as described in the listing. Mike was on point with communication from the time I bought it, to delivery, and all the questions I had after delivery.
Mike went above and beyond with his service and communication! We made a deal for a fryer and a warmer unit, the price was great and the service was even better. Shipped it from Florida to California and we received the items in perfect condition he crated the equipment perfectly to insure its safe arrival. I couldn't ask for more! 5 Stars!!!! Mike Bianculli was so helpful in supplying the information we needed about each piece of equipment which allowed the whole process to proceed seamlessly and smoothly. His coordination with the delivery company to remove the old equipment and “put in place” the new equipment was a huge bonus!
