This is the worst company ever. On Monday, July 27 I called Mideast Acceptance Company. I spoke with ***** in reference to my title that was supposed to have been mailed to me over 6 years ago. I had taken a lien out on my car for a personal loan. ***** told me she needed to speak to **** and she would call me back. Low and behold she called me back within the hour and, she stated, **** said they mailed my title years ago. She proceeded to say that if I wanted a title I would need to go to DMV and get it. This place is horrible and the owner is very Rude, my car payment was paid, not behind, insurance was good and she said bc I got a attitude with her she would send the repo man. But you can believe you will be reported to the BBB.. I wouldn’t recommend nobody to your establishment nor Greenville motor company.
never had a problem with anyone at mid-east they have always been nice and am very grateful that they were to help when i needed it
I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE OWnER OR THE STAFF NEVER HAVE THEY SPOKE OUT OF THE WAY TO ME I HAVE HAD A FEW LOANS WITH THEM AND NEVER HAD A ISSUES GREAT PEOPLE . I don't ever want to go through these people ever again to get a vehicle. The owner is very nasty and rude. My 300 motor went out after having it for three years. I added tint and rims to the vehicle. I ran into a tight spot financially and the owner threatens to take me to court so she can repo my car and resell it. I owe 1500.00 on the car. To my knowledge I have not had any conversation with Ms. ***** concerning this matter except on 1/16/2017 I explained to her that I could not loan her any money on her account with the accounts being two months past due.
