I had an appointment at 10:45 ... Around 10:30 I called and asked what was going on? I was told that the driver arrived at 9:15, said I was a NO SHOW. Funny... I had my window open so I could hear the driver honk, and I had my phone nearby if they needed to call me. MidCumberland Transportation have always been good to me in the past. We've always communicated and worked together... Then suddenly this? This is is my fault? The hell with y'all.

Grandpa riding with his bright lights on at 10am where i cant see anything in my rear view. Idk why people cant see that big blue icon on their dash that their brights are on

Avoid using Mchra for transportation they're unreliable and inconsistent. I was forced to purchase a car due to their frequent cancellations, which was a significant inconvenience. Save yourself the stress and explore alternative options."

Trips from home to doctor offices is usually smooth. Pick up is in plenty of time for your appointment. Drivers are curtious and helpful. Return trip is fine once they pick you up. Once you call them for the return trip it can be an hour before being picked up.
