Not on time and some drivers can be down right rude but there are some very friendly ones too. I'm in a wheelchair a electric wheelchair and they send me a small mini van more than once my wheelchair can't turn around in and I have busted out a tire on it. They need to send the bigger vans for anyone in a electric wheelchair I'm just saying and the man that drives that small mini van is rude and has nasty remarks saying he didn't know nothing about electric wheelchairs and I should have requested someone else if I couldn't g... read more

I wish i could put zero stars. Worst transit company in Clarksville. They say 1 hour from time of calling for pick up and don’t show up for 1.5-2 or more hours. They will send a driver from Clarksville to Nashville with a pick up in between. I wish ten care would stop sending children with this company

Bus 17-05 cut us off in traffic and used no turn signals in heavy rain! I tried to call but there’s no options for complaints during traffic! They had passengers and were driving like that Tuesday April 2nd.
